Additional Information on Retention Period

Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purpose for which it was collected and may be retained for a longer period due to any legal obligations or based on User consent.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until such performance is completed.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the Owner's legitimate interest will be retained until such interest is satisfied.
  • When processing is based on User consent, the Owner may retain Personal Data for longer until such consent is withdrawn.

At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the expiry of such term, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Users have the right to obtain information about the legal basis for Data transfer abroad including to any international organization governed by international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as about the security measures adopted by the Owner to protect their Data.

When Personal Data is processed in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in the Owner or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Owner, Users have the right to object to the processing for reasons related to their particular situation.

Users are reminded that, where their Data is processed for direct marketing purposes, they can object to the processing at any time, free of charge and without providing any reason. Where Users object to processing for direct marketing purposes, Personal Data is no longer processed for such purposes.

How to Exercise Rights

Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this document. The request is free and the Owner will respond as soon as possible, in any case within one month, providing the User with all information required by law.

Any information that directly or indirectly, also in connection with any other information, including a personal identification number, makes a natural person identified or identifiable.

Usage Data

Information collected automatically through this Application (also from third-party applications integrated into this Application), including: IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the User connecting to this Application, URI addresses, request time, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the server's response, country of origin, browser and operating system characteristics used by the visitor, various temporal details of the visit and details relating to the itinerary followed within the Application.

User

The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject

The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.
